退款政策

This policy covers purchases of Pockytap Organizer made on the web: Organizer Pro, the Pockytap suite (Organizer + Pockytap) and the upgrade to the suite. It is part of our Terms of use. While the free test version (beta) lasts no purchases are made; the policy applies from the moment they are switched on.

14-day money-back guarantee

• If you are not happy with your purchase, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full, no questions asked.
• The refund goes back to the payment method you used. It usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
• After a refund, whatever the purchase unlocked is removed from your account (for the suite, Pro in both apps; for the upgrade, only Organizer Pro, while the Pockytap Pro you already had stays). Your data stays.

How to ask for a refund

• Write to dervos@iolabs.gr from the email address of your Pockytap account, or
• use the link in the receipt you received from Paddle, or contact Paddle at paddle.net.

Who processes the payment

Web orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for these purchases. Paddle handles the payment, the taxes and the invoice, and issues the refund.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU. Nothing here limits them.
