Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
On your device first. If you sign in with a Pockytap account, a copy syncs to iOLABS servers in the European Union so you can see it on all your devices. We do not sell, share or analyse your data for advertising.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, fully. Tasks, calendar, notes, everything works offline. Only external calendars need a connection to refresh.
How do external calendars work?
Copy the private ICS link from Google Calendar, iCloud or Outlook and add it in Settings. The events appear next to your tasks, read-only, and refresh on their own.
I already use Pockytap. Do I need a new account?
No. You sign in with the same account. If you own Pockytap Pro, upgrading to the suite costs only €9.99.
Which devices does it work on?
Any modern browser, on phone, tablet or computer. It installs on your home screen like a regular app and opens without internet. Apps for iPhone and Android come later.
