These terms apply to the use of the Pockytap Organizer app and the website organizer.pockytap.com, provided by iOLABS | DERVOS ALEXANDROS AND SIA EE ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What Pockytap Organizer is

Pockytap Organizer is a personal tool for tasks, calendar (month, week, day), notes, goals and habits, with an assistant that makes suggestions on your device. It is a web app you can install on your device, at organizer.pockytap.com/app, and it is part of the Pockytap suite together with Pockytap (expenses and wallets).

External calendars you add are shown read-only: the app changes nothing in them. The assistant's reminders and suggestions are an aid. Notifications depend on the browser, the device and their settings, so do not rely on them alone for anything critical.

The app is currently offered as a free test version (beta): all features unlocked, an optional account for sync, and no purchases. What we write below about purchases applies once they are switched on.

2. Account

• The account is optional. Without an account you use the app only on your device.
• To sync across your devices you can create an account with email and password. It is the same account for all Pockytap apps: if you already have a Pockytap account, you sign in with the same details. We send you an email to verify your address.
• You can keep using the app without an account, only on your device. Without an account, a limit on the number of entries may apply.
• If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, you need a parent or guardian’s consent to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and let us know.
• An account belongs to one natural person. Do not share it.

3. Free trial and lifetime purchases

• While the beta lasts, the app is free with all features unlocked and no purchase is made.
• Once purchases are switched on, every user gets a 7-day free trial with all features unlocked, from the first use of the Organizer with an account. No card is required and there is no automatic charge when the trial ends.
• After the trial, your data stays visible and you can export it, but to keep adding entries you need a purchase. The options (current prices, VAT included):
  • Organizer Pro lifetime: €19.99.
  • Pockytap suite lifetime (Organizer Pro and Pockytap Pro): €29.99.
  • Upgrade to the suite, for those who already own Pockytap Pro: €9.99.
• Each purchase is a single one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, it does not renew and you are never charged again. It unlocks your account on all devices where you sign in.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as Pockytap Organizer (and, for the suite, Pockytap) is provided as a service (see section 8). It does not include future add-on services that may be offered separately; we will clearly label those as separate before making them available.
• The price may change for new purchases. A price change never affects those who have already bought.

4. Payments and refunds

• Purchases from the browser are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for these orders. Paddle handles the payment, the taxes and the invoice, and provides customer service for payment questions. We never see or store your card details.
• Refund policy for web purchases: if you are not happy with your purchase, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full, no questions asked. Write to dervos@iolabs.gr or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method and whatever that purchase unlocked is removed from the account. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Details in the Refund policy.

5. Your data

• Whatever you enter in the app is yours. If you create an account, you only grant us permission to store and sync it in order to provide the service.
• Without an account, your data exists only on your device, in the browser. We have no copy. If you clear the browser's data, uninstall the app or lose the device, it is gone and we cannot recover it. We recommend regular exports as a backup.
• You can export your data as JSON or CSV, and import tasks from CSV (e.g. from Todoist or TickTick), from Settings at any time.
• Deleting the account permanently erases the account and the data of all Pockytap apps, both the Organizer and Pockytap.
• External calendars: only add calendars you are entitled to view. A private ICS link gives access to the calendar to anyone who has it, so keep it to yourself.
• How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights,
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to other people's accounts, servers or data,
• decompile, copy or resell the app or parts of it,
• deliberately overload or interfere with the service (e.g. automated sync requests),
• use the external calendars feature to download anything other than calendars or to burden third-party servers.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its code, the logo, the names "Pockytap" and "Pockytap Organizer" and the design assets belong to iOLABS. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own, non-commercial purposes under these terms. Third-party names (e.g. Google, Apple, Microsoft, Todoist, TickTick) belong to their owners and are mentioned only for compatibility purposes.

8. Availability and changes

• The beta is a test version: it may have bugs and its features may change. The app works offline on your device.
• We aim to keep the sync service and the loading of external calendars available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. There may be outages for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
• We may add, change or remove features. We will not remove core Pro features without a comparable alternative.
• If we ever have to shut down the sync service, we will notify you at least 90 days in advance so you can export your data. The app on your device will keep working offline.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the app, nor for appointments or deadlines missed because a reminder did not appear or an external calendar was not refreshed. Our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want (remember that deletion covers all Pockytap apps). We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, after notifying you first, unless there is serious abuse. In every case you will be able to export your data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law and the law of the European Union. The courts at the seat of iOLABS have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. For out-of-court resolution you may use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
